Today I’m taking a fun challenge offered by my friend
Tracy at My Daily Walk in His Grace.
The challenge…to make an acrostic using my one word—Trust.
T he Truth found in God's Word
R eveals His
U nlimited and unending love for us.
S urrendering my will for His
T o experience all He has planned for me.
Trust in God’s word.
Trust in God’s love.
Trust in God’s plan.
This is what I’m
striving for.
“For the word of the Lord holds true, and we can trust everything he does.” (Psalm 33:4 NLT)
Do you have one word
you’re focusing on this year? Care to take the acrostic challenge? To share,
leave a comment and/or link up with Tracy at My Daily Walk in His Grace.

Hi Laura:
ReplyDeleteTrust is also my word for the year and I haven't done an acrostic yet. Love yours!
Blessings,
Joan
Thanks Joan!
DeleteWhat a great idea! I heard about "one word" just this week. I like your idea of surrendering to His will to experience all He has. Great post.
ReplyDeleteMichelle, thanks so much for your visit and comment! God bless!
DeleteLove your acrostic! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHI Laura - wow, what a great acrostic. Thanks for linking up. I think everyone giving their word a little more thought definitely brings depth to their walk with it. God bless

What a neat idea. Using an acrostic would be like rewriting a verse in your own words - digging deeper into the meaning. I will have to try this.
ReplyDeleteI used to think I had to wait until I had more trust in order to act. Now I know trust is stepping out in faith, then the trust comes.
I think when we step out first, our trust grows the most. Thanks for visiting Jean!
DeleteLove your acrostic Laura!! So very true.
ReplyDeleteGREAT JOB!!! love it! Of course, I would have to pick a four-syllable word as my one word this year! :) But I'll have to think about this. thank you!
