What Happens When Women Say Yes to God – Week 1

I am so excited to begin our study today! We are a group of 19 women from 3 states!  God is at work!

Below is the suggested reading schedule for this week. I will be posting thoughts on the reading twice a week on my blog. I encourage you to comment to share your thoughts and feelings on the reading and how God is working in your life.

This study has already been a blessing in my life, from the planning, to the book, to watching God bring women together. Wherever you are in your faith life, my prayer is that this study will be a blessing to you as well.

God Bless,
Laura

  1. Work has been extremely demanding this year - mulitple major projects and too little time. For a perfectionist, it's a constant challenge. It seems my expectations run high and my patience thin, these days. When I read chapter 1, something I underlined that struck me(pg13) "Yes Lord, I want Your patience to invade my desire to fly off the handle." Yes Lord, I want your perspective to keep my emotions in check." Yes Lord, I want your provision so things don't seem overwhelming....." In the daily grind at work & life, sometimes it's easy to lose perspective.
