    I think John Calvin is the one who said that the human heart is an idol making factory...so easy to find ourselves putting something ahead of our worship of God. So thankful that His mercy is new each day!

    YES! Our culture has "idols", too. Based on anything we place b/4 our Lord. So money, special cars, special activities, and on and on. Keeping HIM first is what counts. PERIOD.
