I
pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner
strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as
you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you
strong.
Ephesians 3:16-17 NLT
Empowered through the Holy
Spirit.
Trust in the One who will
never let us down.
Nurtured by God’s Love.
Strength that comes only
from the Lord.
In Christ,
Laura

Love the photo. I'm a real tall-tree lover. Empowered through the Holy Spirit... is a wonderful way to live your life, our lives.

DeleteOh, praying right now for total trust to welcome Christ in. Beautiful verse.
ReplyDeleteMy heart feels so strong reading this verse with that photo as an image. Thank you for this. It's one of my very favorite verses - I often use it just before my signature when I send cards or letters. But this image really brings it to life. And I am praying this right back to God for you today. Grace and peace...
ReplyDeleteThank you Deidra! Your words bless me!
DeleteTall and strong--nurtured by that sun flare. Stunning image for a stunning verse.
ReplyDeleteThere is so much strength in trees. I love how they tower over me. Makes me think of the biggness of my God! Relying today on His strength!
ReplyDeleteHi Laura,
ReplyDeleteTrust in the ONE! He is all gracious and so generous to us. All we have to do is ask and He comes in and fills, strengthens and grows us up.
Blessings,

Love that image and that scripture! What strength, what awesome encouragement! ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the picture and verse! I'm currently reading through the Bible looking for prayers people prayed. Such power when we pray His own words!
ReplyDeleteGreat verse...and great photo! We go to a church where the mighty redwood is part of our logo, so this particular post truly speaks to me... Blessings, Joan
